Contact Amesbury Water Damage Pros
Call 24/7 for water damage and mold in Amesbury and nearby towns. For active water, calling is faster than email.
Active Water or Mold Problem?
Dispatch answers 24 hours a day. Stop the source if it is safe, then call.
The fastest way to reach us is the phone. Dispatch is open 24/7 at (978) 252-8637, and calling gets a crew routed while you are still on the line. Email is for non-urgent questions only.
Call dispatch
Have these ready when you call: your address and the nearest main road, what is wet and where the water came from, how long the area has been wet and whether anyone has been near electrical equipment. Photos on your phone help your insurer later, so take them before you move anything.
If water is near an outlet, a panel or a gas appliance, call the utility or 911 about the electrical or gas risk first, then call us. Never promise yourself a wet wall will dry on its own.

Common questions
Can I submit a request online?
No. We take requests by phone only, because water damage cannot wait for a reply. Call (978) 252-8637 at any hour.
Is someone at the address on Elm Street?
The address is a business address. Call dispatch before visiting.
Can you give a price over the phone?
Dispatch explains the scope and how the price is set before work starts. A firm number depends on what is wet, so a crew has to see it.
