Terms of Use
The rules for using this website and phone line.
These terms apply to your use of the Amesbury Water Damage Pros website and phone line. By using them you agree to these terms. Last updated October 29, 2026.
Information on this site
The pages on this site are general information about water damage, mold and restoration in Amesbury, Massachusetts and nearby towns. They are not legal, insurance or engineering advice. Insurance coverage depends on your policy, so check your policy and ask your insurer.
Services and pricing
Scope and price are explained before work starts, and a final price depends on conditions found on site. Statements about response are not guarantees, and same-day response is available when crews are available. Work is performed by licensed and insured restoration professionals, and an agreement for your job is made when you approve the scope.
Phone calls
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling you agree that we may record and use the call as described in our privacy policy.
Third-party links and maps
This site embeds a map from a third-party provider, and its use is subject to that provider's terms. We are not responsible for content on outside sites.
Limits
We do our best to keep pages accurate, but local rules, fees and conditions change. Confirm permit, flood zone and insurance details with the city, FEMA or your insurer before you rely on them.
